
Not long after Brian and I first met, we had a conversation about socks. Not just any socks, but ‘podium finisher socks’ and how badly I wanted a pair. Brian suggested we work together to get me a pair of those elusive socks
The great thing about Brian is he listens, he understands, and then he tailors a workout plan specific to your goals. He has an exceptional understanding of the human body, its muscle groups, how they function to get the best performance out of you. He also does an extensive amount of research to understand the specific body movements that contribute to each specific sport.

As a triathlete, I’m training for three different sports: swimming, biking, and running. Brian immediately set a plan in motion for strength training specific to each sport as well as plyometrics to increase speed and cadence.
Results speak for themselves. I had my first ever podium finish. As compared to my previous season, I cut a full minute of my 750m swim, cut nine minutes off my 25k bike and cut two minutes off my 5K run—getting me on the podium. And of course, earned a pair of those elusive socks in the process.
