Owner Brian Lawrence offers nutrition coaching and personal training to residents in Aurora and the greater Denver metro area. All Day Fitness enjoys the challenge of reaching each individual. Help each person reach their goals and begin living their best life. The focus is always on the client. Congratulations!!! All Day Fitness For Life Clients Dan Horvat triathlete Ironman placed 3rd in his second race of the season. After training with All Day Fitness for 5 months Dan made it to the podium for the first time. In his first race of the season one month ago he dropped 6 minutes from his time in the same race from 1 year ago. At 62 years old Dan is one of the hardest workers I have come across. He put in the work and has seen the results. Anything is possible when you are willing to do the work. You’re never too old to reach your goals. Keep striving. Keep working.

 Not long after Brian and I first met, we had a conversation about socks. Not just any socks, but ‘podium finisher socks’ and how badly I wanted a pair. Brian suggested we work together to get me a pair of those elusive socks

The great thing about Brian is he listens, he understands, and then he tailors a workout plan specific to your goals. He has an exceptional understanding of the human body, its muscle groups, how they function to get the best performance out of you. He also does an extensive amount of research to understand the specific body movements that contribute to each specific sport.

His knowledge, coupled with his research, add up to an unbeatable combination that sets him apart from the vast majority of other trainers.

As a triathlete, I’m training for three different sports: swimming, biking, and running. Brian immediately set a plan in motion for strength training specific to each sport as well as plyometrics to increase speed and cadence.

Results speak for themselves. I had my first ever podium finish. As compared to my previous season, I cut a full minute of my 750m swim, cut nine minutes off my 25k bike and cut two minutes off my 5K run—getting me on the podium. And of course, earned a pair of those elusive socks in the process.

None of this would have been possible but for Brian’s knowledge, experience and research and putting together a plan that pulled it all together

I was introduced to All Day Fitness as part of my re-hab plan following my 2nd knee replacement and desire to achieve a higher level of overall fitness and strength. After 4 months of weekly training with Brian, I have made significant progress in muscle and joint strength and overall fitness. Brian offers a customized, comprehensive approach tailored to my specific needs. He pushes me harder and farther than I thought I was capable and challenges me with integrated workouts that have produced exception results!! Brian engages with action plans and goals for each week and offers nutritional counseling and advice. I’m 62 and want to continue to incorporate strength training in my routine for overall health and wellness. Thank you, Brian for these kick-ass workouts with great results!!
